Care & Maintenance

• Avoid spraying motors or control modules directly while cleaning; rinse linkages and use silicone–dry film lubricant, if needed, at pivot joints.

• Do not use grease, oil, WD‑40, Armor All, or wax, which may degrade PTFE coatings or cause binding.

• If debris causes binding or noise, manually deploy steps (press foot while closing the door to lock them extended) then clean and cycle to restore smooth function.

• Covered by a 5‑year limited warranty from date of purchase for defects in materials or workmanship, when properly installed per instructions.

• The warranty is non‑transferable and ends if the product is removed or the vehicle is transferred to another owner.
