Colad M80 Black Undercoating - 1 Liter - 4010EMM is an exceptional undercoating solution designed to provide long-lasting protection for your vehicle's underbody. This premium product is specifically formulated to shield the underbody from rust, corrosion, and road debris, ensuring your vehicle remains in pristine condition. One of the notable advantages of choosing Colad M80 Black Undercoating is its impressive sound-deadening properties, which contribute to a quieter and more comfortable ride.

The longevity of Colad M80 Black Undercoating is remarkable, with its durability typically lasting for several years. The exact lifespan of the protective coating depends on factors such as driving conditions, exposure to moisture and salt, and the thickness of the applied layer. Application is straightforward, and you can easily apply an even coat using a suitable undercoating gun or brush. After the product dries, it leaves a robust, black, rubberized finish on your vehicle's underbody, providing a flexible barrier against potential damage without leaving any residues.

For optimal results and safety, ensure proper ventilation during application, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and follow the recommended drying time on the product label. Additionally, it is crucial to reapply the undercoating as needed, especially in areas with harsh winter conditions or heavy exposure to road salt. By choosing Colad M80 Black Undercoating, you can effectively protect your vehicle's underbody from rust, corrosion, and road debris while also enjoying its sound-deadening properties.

Primary Uses:

  • Protects the underbody of your vehicle from rust, corrosion, and road debris
  • Providing a durable and flexible protective barrier on your vehicle's underbody
  • Offering excellent sound-deadening properties

Why Choose Colad M80 Black Undercoating:

Opting for Colad M80 Black Undercoating over other undercoating products ensures excellent protection and durability for your vehicle's underbody. Its unique formula provides a robust barrier against rust and corrosion while also offering sound-deadening properties. This undercoating solution is designed to maintain its flexibility, even under harsh conditions, to prevent cracking and peeling.

Longevity:

Colad M80 Black Undercoating provides long-lasting protection for your vehicle's underbody, with the product's durability typically lasting several years. However, the exact longevity will depend on factors such as driving conditions, exposure to moisture and salt, and the thickness of the applied coating.

Directions for Use:

  1. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and a mask to protect yourself from potential hazards while using the product
  2. Shake before use
  3. Clean the underbody of your vehicle thoroughly, removing any dirt, grease, and loose rust. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the undercoating
  4. Apply with an undercoating spray gun with an air-pressure of 3-6 bar. Optimum spraying distance: 12" (30cm)
  5. Recoated without bleeding. Over-painted (depending on the layer thickness, temperature and humidity), after about 60 to 90 minutes, with most of the commonly used conventional 2K- and base coat lacquers
  6. When a 2Klacquer is used, we advise to first use a layer of primer and to paint over after this layer has completely dried
  7. Clean contaminated surfaces and equipment: in ‘fresh’ condition with solvents.

Finish and Residues:

  • After application and drying, Colad M80 Black Undercoating leaves a durable, black, rubberized finish on your vehicle's underbody. This finish provides a flexible, protective barrier against rust, corrosion, and road debris without leaving any residues.

Best Practices:

  • Reapply the undercoating as needed to maintain the protective barrier, especially in areas with harsh winter conditions or heavy exposure to road salt

Safety Information:

  • Ensure proper ventilation when applying the undercoating, as the product may emit strong fumes
  • Follow the recommended drying time on the product label to ensure optimal performance
  • Dispose of any waste or empty containers in accordance with local regulations

By choosing Colad M80 Black Undercoating, you can effectively protect your vehicle's underbody from rust, corrosion, and road debris while also enjoying its sound-deadening properties.
