Retrax EQ Tonneau Covers

The Retrax EQ is a powered (electric) retractable hard tonneau cover built from durable aluminum. It combines rugged construction with modern technology—Bluetooth, app-control, LED lighting, etc.—to offer a high-end covering for truck beds.

Warranty

The warranty for the Retrax EQ is more limited than some non-electric series in the Retrax line:

• The Retrax EQ comes with a 5-year limited warranty (from purchase) for defects in materials or workmanship.

• The warranty is for the original owner only and is non-transferable. 

• What’s not covered:

  • Normal wear (fading, discoloration) 

  • Water intrusion or damage resulting from it 

  • Damage from misuse, alteration, negligence, accidents 

  • Installation or accessories added by third parties that interfere or cause damage 

• Conditions / terms:

  • You must register the warranty (or submit proof of purchase) within 30 days of delivery to maintain eligibility. 

  • Cargo must be properly secured; if unsecured cargo damages the cover, warranty may be voided. 

  • The manufacturer may repair or replace (with new or refurbished parts) at its discretion. 

  • Shipping or handling costs (for warranty returns or replacements) are usually borne by the customer.
